About Us

Headed by John P. Schmitz, we serve Colorado and California commercial clients and individuals from our office in Denver, Colorado. There is no shortage of complex regulations and laws that dictate a business' operations. Mr. Schmitz navigates them with ease, explaining options to clients and the possible consequences. He is a responsive corporate attorney who remains in constant contact with clients, so they can make informed decisions and feel comfortable with how their case is progressing.

Licensed in 2005 in California and subsequently licensed in Colorado in 2006, Mr. Schmitz is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Outside of litigation, he is a savvy negotiator who minimizes a client's time and money spent on legal issues.
